Delivery

¹ Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We are unable to deliver goods to a P.O. Box address. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 11am the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day. Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24) will usually be delivered in 1-2 working days. Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) will usually be delivered in 2-3 working days.

² Estimated delivery time only. Delays are possible due to customs clearance. Please Note: International orders will be shipped EXCLUDING any taxes and duties. Therefore for Canadian customers, you will be asked to pay any taxes and duties due before the parcel is delivered. This is beyond our control and will be handled by the local courier / Canadian government. For US customers, there shouldn't be any further taxes or duties to be paid upon delivery, however tax rules can change at any time, as well as any local taxes we are unaware of. Therefore customers will be liable for these.
